D-tap to 12p B4 power

This cable allows for powering B4 lenses with D-tap.
Powering the lenses adds functionality such as servos and other
electronic functions on the lenses requiring electricity.
The cable connects to the lenses 12-pin Hirose cable and is Hirose compatible.

Works well for powering lenses connected with our B4 adapters.
